1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Alwelt, including the mobile app, website, hosted checkout, online digital store, Community Saving Feed, learning materials, esports tournaments, rewards, gift cards, vouchers, and related digital services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing the Service, making a digital purchase, submitting a price observation, enrolling in learning content, or participating in a tournament, the user agrees to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If a user does not agree, they must not use the Service.

2. Who operates Alwelt

3. Digital-only service; no physical logistics

Alwelt currently offers digital products and digital services only. Products may include airtime, mobile data, utility payments, digital vouchers, gift cards, prepaid codes, digital access, learning materials, tournament access, rewards, community price information, and related digital services.

Alwelt does not currently sell, ship, deliver, pick up, exchange, or return physical goods through the app. Any references to products in these Terms mean digital products, digital value-added services, learning content, tournament access, digital incentives, or reported price information unless expressly stated otherwise.

There are no shipping, courier, physical delivery, damaged-goods, physical inventory, or logistics obligations under these Terms.

4. Accounts, profiles, and eligibility

Users may need an account to access certain features. Users agree to provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and promptly update account information if it changes.

Users are responsible for all activity under their account unless they promptly notify Alwelt of unauthorized access.

Some features may require age, country, parental/guardian consent, identity, fraud, or eligibility checks. We may restrict or refuse access where required by law, platform rules, tournament rules, supplier rules, or our safety policies.

Alwelt is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority may require parental or guardian permission.

5. Digital VAS and online store terms

Digital VAS and online store products may include airtime, data, utility payments, digital vouchers, gift cards, prepaid codes, and other digital services. Availability, pricing, denominations, eligible countries, supported providers, and fulfilment times may change.

Users are responsible for entering correct recipient and service details, such as phone number, email, meter number, utility account number, customer ID, gamer tag, or other service identifier. Digital fulfilment may be irreversible once sent to the identifier provided by the user.

Digital orders may be fulfilled instantly or may be delayed due to provider availability, network issues, payment verification, fraud review, supplier outage, incorrect details, or technical errors.

If a digital order fails and the user has been charged, Alwelt may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, retry fulfilment, provide credit, issue a refund, or take another reasonable corrective step. Refunds may be subject to payment provider, supplier, app-store, and legal requirements.

Alwelt may refuse, reverse, cancel, or investigate orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, prohibited, suspicious, duplicated, technically erroneous, or inconsistent with supplier/platform rules.

6. Hosted checkout and payments

Payments may be completed through Alwelt’s hosted website checkout, iframe, webview, or third-party payment providers. The mobile app does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. Alwelt may receive transaction status, order reference, payment attempt ID, amount, currency, fulfilment status, refund status, and fraud/security signals.

Where required by Apple, Google, law, or applicable platform rules, certain purchases may be unavailable inside the app, may require an approved platform billing method, or may redirect to a permitted web checkout flow. Alwelt may change purchase flows to comply with platform requirements.

Users agree not to dispute valid charges fraudulently and to contact Alwelt support about suspected errors, duplicate charges, failed fulfilment, or unauthorized activity.

7. Rewards, cashback, vouchers, gift cards, and promotions

Rewards, cashback, vouchers, gift cards, promotions, discounts, or effective-savings messages may be offered from time to time and may have additional terms, expiry dates, eligibility criteria, supplier limitations, country restrictions, and fraud controls.

Unless expressly stated, community price contributions, confirmations, helpfulness, views, reports, or refreshes do not earn cashback, points, rewards, or payment.

Alwelt may correct, suspend, refuse, reverse, expire, or cancel rewards or promotional benefits that are issued in error, obtained through abuse, or inconsistent with applicable terms.

8. Learning materials and courses

Alwelt may provide digital learning materials, including courses, articles, videos, downloads, quizzes, exercises, certificates, and related content.

Learning content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated, certificates or completion records are not professional licences, accredited qualifications, employment guarantees, immigration/legal credentials, or financial advice.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access purchased or free learning content through the Service. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, scrape, or exploit learning materials except where expressly allowed.

Course availability may change. We may update, remove, replace, or restrict learning content where necessary for operational, legal, licensing, safety, or quality reasons.

9. Esports tournaments

Alwelt may host or support esports tournaments, including registration, gamer tags, teams, brackets, match schedules, scores, results, disputes, communications, and prizes where applicable.

Each tournament may have specific rules, eligibility requirements, age restrictions, country restrictions, game/platform requirements, scoring rules, conduct rules, dispute procedures, and prize conditions. Tournament-specific rules prevail over these general Terms if there is a conflict. See also Tournament Rules.

Users must compete fairly and must not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, impersonate others, harass participants, manipulate scores, submit false results, or otherwise undermine tournament integrity.

Alwelt esports tournaments are intended to be skill-based competitions and are not gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, or games of chance. Users must not use Alwelt to organize or participate in betting or wagering.

Alwelt may disqualify participants, adjust scores, require evidence, withhold prizes, or resolve disputes where necessary to maintain tournament integrity.

10. Community Saving Feed and reported prices

Community Saving Feed is a reported price information service. Prices are reported by people at a place and time. They are not guaranteed offers, professional advice, marketplace listings, reservations, checkout commitments, holds, claims, or recommendations.

Users may submit price observations, photos, no-photo reasons, place/vendor text, confirmations, contests, reports, helpful marks, and related content. Users must submit honest information to the best of their knowledge and must not fabricate prices, locations, photos, identities, or evidence.

Product price boards may show one product with multiple sellers or places in a market or coverage region. Mixed measures must not be treated as directly comparable unless Alwelt has explicitly validated the comparison. A basket price, kilogram price, and crate price may be shown in separate sections rather than as one fabricated cheapest list.

Product hero images and representative images help users recognize an item. They are not proof of a specific seller’s current stock, quality, or price. Observation-specific photos may be labelled as evidence when tied to that observation.

Public view counts and helpfulness counts are not shown.

Alwelt may moderate, hide, remove, correct by linked row, restrict, or review community content to protect users, safety, and data quality.

11. User content and licence to Alwelt

Users remain responsible for content they submit, including profile details, photos, price observations, product information, no-photo reasons, reports, helpful marks, learning comments, tournament details, gamer tags, scores, and support messages.

By submitting content, the user grants Alwelt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, create thumbnails, moderate, distribute, and use the content to operate, improve, market, and protect the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users must have the rights needed to submit the content and must not submit content that violates privacy, intellectual property, safety, platform rules, or law.

12. Prohibited uses

Users must not use Alwelt to break the law, violate rights, harass others, impersonate others, submit false data, manipulate prices or tournament results, abuse rewards, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, overload systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or bypass security controls.

Users must not post or facilitate prohibited, dangerous, adult, violent, illegal, counterfeit, regulated, or unsafe products or services through Community Saving Feed, tournaments, learning, store, or support channels. Additional region-specific restrictions may apply.

Users must not use Alwelt for gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized financial activity.

13. Moderation, restrictions, and enforcement

Alwelt may review content, orders, accounts, tournament activity, reward activity, and payment/fulfilment patterns for security, safety, fraud, policy, quality, or legal reasons.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, hide content, remove content, reverse benefits, cancel orders, disqualify tournament participation, or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms, laws, platform rules, supplier rules, or safety policies have been violated.

Moderation decisions may not always be immediate or complete. Users should report concerns through available tools or support channels.

14. Public sharing and third-party platforms

Alwelt may allow users to share public links to reported prices, product boards, tournament information, or other public content. Public links may be viewable by people outside the app and may unfurl on messaging/social platforms.

Third-party platforms, app stores, payment processors, game platforms, learning tools, and supplier services are not controlled by Alwelt and may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, and restrictions.

15. Intellectual property

Alwelt, the app, website, design, logos, software, text, graphics, product structure, and service content are owned by Alwelt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of Alwelt technology or content. Users receive only a limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

16. App stores and platform terms

The app may be downloaded through Apple App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, internal testing, closed testing, or other distribution channels. Users must comply with applicable app-store terms in addition to these Terms.

Apple, Google, and other app-store providers are not responsible for Alwelt’s services, content, community prices, VAS fulfilment, tournaments, learning materials, support, refunds outside their systems, or third-party providers, except as required by applicable platform rules.

Where app-store terms conflict with these Terms, the app-store terms may apply to the extent required for that platform.

17. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alwelt does not guarantee that reported prices are accurate, current, complete, available, or suitable for a user’s purpose.

Digital products, hosted checkout, VAS fulfilment, learning content, tournament services, rewards, and community features may be delayed, interrupted, changed, unavailable, or contain errors.

Alwelt does not provide financial, legal, tax, professional, safety, health, or purchasing advice through Community Saving Feed, product boards, learning content, or digital services.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alwelt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost savings, missed prices, tournament losses, service interruptions, supplier failures, or unauthorized account activity.

A numeric liability cap and governing-law venue are still to be confirmed and are not stated here.

19. Indemnity

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alwelt from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, submitted content, tournament conduct, fraudulent orders, or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including digital products, VAS providers, learning materials, tournament features, rewards, price-board features, hosted checkout, or community tools.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another process.

21. Account deletion and termination

Users may request account deletion through Account Deletion or by contacting help@alwelt.com. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, safety, moderation, tournament, or digital fulfilment reasons.

Alwelt may suspend or terminate accounts where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

22. Governing law and disputes

Governing law, venue, and dispute forum are still to be confirmed. Mandatory consumer-protection laws continue to apply where they require otherwise.
