Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to Community Saving Feed, product boards, reports, and other user-submitted content. They sit with our Terms & Conditions.

Reported prices

• Prices are reported by users, sellers, or agents at a place and time.
• They are not recommendations, guarantees, financial advice, or offers to sell.
• Submit honest information. Do not fabricate prices, locations, photos, identities, or evidence.

Photos and images

• Representative product images help people recognise an item. They are not evidence of a seller’s current stock, quality, or price.
• Observation photos are evidence only for the specific observation they are attached to.
• Public view counts and helpfulness counts are not shown.

Boards and measures

A product board may show one item with several sellers or places. Mixed measures (for example a bag, a kilo, and a crate) are not compared as if they were the same thing unless Alwelt has explicitly validated that comparison.

What you must not do

Do not break the law, harass others, impersonate others, manipulate prices, abuse rewards, scrape the service, or post prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or unsafe content. Community contributions do not earn cashback or payment unless we expressly say so.

Moderation

Alwelt may hide, remove, restrict, or review content to protect users, safety, and data quality. Report problems from the observation or through Support.
